You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph55 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph55 immediately via the support channel if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
ph55 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method documentation before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus redemptions are processed.
ph55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and applicable processing times are displayed on the payments section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. ph55 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with rates published on the Platform, after providing written notice to the registered email address.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by ph55 are governed by these Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

ph55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or commercial decisions. Upon termination for cause, any balance held in a bonus wallet will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to verification and withdrawal processing requirements.
You may close your ph55 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph55 Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
ph55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.
